Are you between 12-18? Do you love dancing?
Dumfries and Galloway Dance will be hosting 2, week long, summer intensives where dancers will work towards a dynamic outdoor performance for the launch of Dumfries and Galloway Arts Festival, on Friday 16th July.
Beginners and more experienced dancers are equally welcome. You can come for one week or both.
Where and When
Week 1 will be held in the West of the region:
Monday 5th - Friday 9th July, 10.00-16.30
Wigtown Church Hall (Lochancroft Ln, Wigtown DG8 9JE)
Week 2 will be held in the East of the region:
Monday 12th - Friday 16th July, 10.00-16.30
Dumfries Baptist Church Centre (Gillbrae Rd, Dumfries DG1 4NB)
The Performance will be held on Friday 16th July, 5pm at Easterbrook Hall, Dumfries. More details will be shared soon.
Cost
£50 per week
bursaries are available for travel, and for those for whom the fee may be a barrier to attending - please contract us on contact@dumfriesandgalloway.dance for details
What you'll need
Water and fruit will be provided but please bring a packed lunch. For those unable to bring a packed lunch please let us know on contact@dumfriesandgalloway.dance
We will require all attendee's to fill in a booking a health declaration form which will be sent via a link in your booking confirmation email.
